CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio -- Freshman Andy Stauffer earned his first career double-double, with 14 points and 10 rebounds, but in a rematch of their meeting a week ago, the Northland International Pioneers got their payback, defeating the Trinity International Trojans 87-80, in TIU's second game of the Ohio Christian Tip-Off Classic.

The Trojans (1-3) struggled on offense, scoring a season-low 80 points while shooting 38.0% (30-of-79) from the field, and 56.5% (13-of-23) from the free throw line.

Junior Nate Ball led the team in scoring, with 19 points. The Galena native picked up his third double-double in the first four games of the season, pulling down 13 rebounds, including ten off the offensive glass. Justin Peeples and Thomas Amrine also pitched in with 13 points apiece.

Trinity International will wrap up the Tip-Off Classic tomorrow afternoon, when they take on the Point Park (Pa.) Pioneers at 1:00 p.m.
