Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act Survey & Report

Click here to view the 2021 EADA Survey Report.

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires co-educational postsecondary institutions that participate in a Title IV federal student aid program and offer an intercollegiate athletic program to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses, by men's and women's teams.  The Department will use this information in preparing its required report to the Congress on gender equity in intercollegiate athletics. EADA is designed to make current and prospective students aware of a school’s commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its men and women students. The Department of Education has provided a website http://ope.ed.gov/athletics/ that provides data from thousands of college and universities in a convenient searchable form.

To access information for our institution, please visit https://ope.ed.gov/athletics/#/, and type in Trinity International University under Name of Institution and click on search. Copies of the current EADA Survey and EADA Report are on file in the Athletic Business Office (Meyer Sports Center, Office 109), and are available upon request to students, prospective students, and the public.
