Zach Reget scored his team-leading 8th goal of the season, while junior
Zach Miller put away his first of the year, in Trinity International's 4-2 loss at Holy Cross on Wednesday afternoon.

TIU twice pulled back to within a goal, but the Trojan defense was twice called for penalties in the second half to give thte Saints their third and fourth goals to stay in front.
In the 21st minute, Miller connected with
Noah Smith, who earned the assist after Miller's header got past the keeper for a 2-1 HCC lead. Holy Cross controlled the tempo in the first half, outshooting the Trojans 12-3 before the break.
In the span of seven minutes in the second half, three penalties were called between both sides, ultimately extending the Holy Cross lead. The Saints put away the first PK, in the 70th minute to move in front 3-1. In the 75th, it was the HCC defense to commit the foul in the box, as Reget brought the Trojans back to within a goal. Before Trinity could find the equalizer, however, another penalty was called in the 77th minute, giving the Saints the opportunity to go ahead 4-2 and put the match away.

Sean Avila finished with 10 saves the final game of the year, while Reget led the team in shots, with four.
Trinity International wraps up the 2014 season with a 4-13-1 record, and a 1-9-1 mark in the CCAC.
