This Week
With just two weeks remaining in the regular season, the Trinity International Trojans will look to finish the season on a high note, when they take on Judson in a CCAC showdown Wednesday. The Trojans will then return home this weekend for their next-to-last home game of the year, and their last game against a nationally-ranked opponent, when they take on No. 6 St. Xavier. Tipoff for both games at Judson and at home against the Cougars are set for 5:30 p.m., with the SXU matchup on Saturday available online through the TIU Sports Network.

The RedHawks answered with seven straight points, pulling to within one point of the Trojans with 15 minutes to play in the first half. A pair of Clarissa Woodard free throws briefly put TIU ahead 12-9, before another 7-0 run gave Indiana-Northwest the lead for good at the 12:35 mark of the first half. TIU was never able to put a run together to climb back into the game during the second half, as the RedHawks maintained a lead of about 20 points the rest of the way. The Trojans did out-rebound Indiana-Northwest, 42-41, and pulled down 15 offensive boards, leading to seven second-chance points. As TIU's second-leading scorer, Hemmeger collected eight points on the night, going 3-for-13 from the field, including a 2-for-6 performance beyond the arc.
