NOTRE DAME, Ind. - In a battle between teams with identical records, Trinity International fought for 110 minutes to come away with a 0-0 draw on the road with the Holy Cross Saints on Tuesday afternoon.

The Trojans (8-6-1, 3-5-1 CCAC) out-shot the Saints (8-6-1, 4-4-1 CCAC) by a 17-14 margin, but both sides recorded nine shots on goal apiece. Freshman goalkeeper Jared Yonke finished with nine saves on the day, along with his counterpart, HCC's Brian Aldrich, who also made nine stops.

Offensively, Zach Reget led the Trojan attack with seven shots and four shots on goal. Jordan Dejno made two shots on goal after coming on as a sub.

By coming away with the point, the Trojans are just three points back of a playoff spot for the upcoming CCAC Tournament, with three matches remaining on the regular season schedule. Trinity will return to Schartner Field this Saturday, October 24, to take on the Trinity Christian Trolls. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m.
