BOURBONNAIS, Ill. - Making their first CCAC Tournament appearance in eight seasons, Trinity International were held off the scoreboard, as top-seeded Olivet Nazarene earned a 2-0 win over the Trojans on Friday afternoon.

The Trojans (6-11-2) struggled to find possession in the attacking third, taking just five shot attempts on the day, with three shots on target. Despite a shot that hit the post in the 5th minute, and another off the crossbar in the 22nd, the Trinity defense held Olivet (13-3-2) scoreless in the first half.
Olivet Nazarene broke through early in the second half, when ONU's Miguel Fierro scored in the 47th minute. Looking to quickly even the score again,
Zach Reget had one of the team's shots on goal in the 58th, but the attempt was saved by the Olivet keeper. Just under two minutes later, the Tigers doubled their lead and would go on to close out the match.
Krystian Streit led the Trojans with two shot attempts on the day, while Streit, Reget, and
Noah Smith all picked up one shot on goal. Goalkeeper
