VERO BEACH, Fla. – Trinity International suffered their second walk-off loss of at the Historic Dodgertown Invitational, falling to Rochester (Mich.) 3-2 in a 7-inning affair on Wednesday.

Drake Maltry put up a solid performance on the mound, allowing just three hits and one earned run in the pitchers' duel.
Trinity broke through first, when
Jon Debowey led off the top of the 4th with a double to left.
Joel Stephenson's sac fly allowed Debowey to score two batters later, giving TIU the 1-0 edge. Rochester moved in front in the bottom of the 5th, tacking on two runs with no hits in the inning. Two errors, a walk, and a steal of home gave the Warriors a 2-1 lead.
With two outs in the top of the 6th, TIU used back-to-back singles from
Scott Krawiec and Lindberg, along with a fly ball to advance both runners into scoring position, to tie the game. A wild pitch allowed Krawiec to score the Trojans' second run of the game, but Lindberg was stranded on third to end the rally.
A hit batter with one out in the 7th set the table for Rochester to take the win. RC's Trent Teeples stole second after reaching base, then scored the winning run on a single to left later in the at-bat.
The Trojans continue the current three-game set with the Warriors tomorrow, in a contest scheduled for noon CST.
