JOLIET, Ill. - The TIU Men's Soccer team came up just short of picking up their second CCAC win of the season, suffering a 1-0 road loss to the University of St. Francis on Saturday night.

Both sides struggled to get anything going offensively throughout the match, but it was the Saints who found the back of the net first, scoring on their first shot of the game to take a 1-0 lead just 50 seconds into the match.

Despite firing 15 shots throughout the full 90 minutes the Trojans put just three shots on frame, and came up empty offensively in a 1-0 defeat. Eddie Windsor put forth another solid performance, making 6 saves in the loss.

The Trojans are back in action next Saturday when they hit the road to take on Calumet St. Joseph.
