Named after Kenneth Meyer, the 11th President of Trinity College (now known as Trinity International University), the Meyer Sports Complex is the centerpiece of Trojan Nation. Making up approximately 39 acres of the southwest corner of the Bannockburn campus, all nine of TIU's varsity teams call the complex home with their respective facilities located on campus. The building houses Van Dixhorn Arena, as well the weight room, coaches and athletic department staff offices for the athletic director, sports information director, athletic trainers, men's and women's volleyball, and men's and women's basketball as well as the locker rooms for all programs. Staff offices for men's and women's soccer, football, baseball and softball are located in the adjacent Owens Hall complex.
