Coach Dave Dallstream played at Buffalo Grove High School and was a starting offensive lineman, on a full football scholarship, at Northwestern University. In the 1980's he assisted  Head Coach Leslie Frazier begin the TIU Trojans football program, coaching the offensive line and special teams. Dallstream has a wide array of coaching experience including with the Chicago Force women's semi-pro team, Aurora University, Rochester (MN) Community & Technical College as well as multiple Illinois high school teams.
Dallstream spent a few years in Europe where he also served as offensive and special teams coordinator with the Pforzheim, Germany Willddogs, and the Diosd, and the Hungray Saints men's squads. While in Europe, he also began incoporating martial arts into his instruction.
Coach D and his wife, Carol, have 8 grandkids and reside in Lake Barrington Shores.
