Originally a Chicago native, Jake returned home this past season in 2021 after working as a football recruiting/personnel assistant at The University of Notre Dame ('17-'18) and The University of Texas ('18-'21). Williams has contributed to multiple top-3 nationally ranked NCAA recruiting classes.
As the director of football operations at TIU, Jake is heavily involved in recruiting and scouting while also leading the charge in strengthening high school relations in both Chicago and Texas due to his previous connections and extensive networks in those regions. On the administrative side, Williams is helping serve as a liaison with coordinating internships and jobs for football players at TIU as well as with overall program branding and recruiting campaigns.
