Rudolfs Rozitis joins the Trinity men’s basketball staff as an assistant coach entering the 2018-19 season.
Rozitis spent two seasons as head coach and one season as assistant coach with BK Jekapils, who competed in the top division of the Latvian Basketball League. He led his team a franchise best, 4th place finish as head coach.
Prior to his coaching career, Rozitis played professional basketball for three years and was teammates with Coach Todd Abernethy in 2008-09 with BC Barons in Latvia.
Rozitis is a 2011 graduate of the University of Latvia. He is married to his wife Marite.
