Biography
Personal: Son of Tracey Shurboff and Erick Rosario, two younger siblings: Jacob Shurboff and Julian Rosario. Josh is a Business Major with an emphases in Marketing and Leadership with hopes of going to Trinity Law school to chase his dream of becoming a sports agent. Josh has served with Missionary Athletes International's Chicago Eagles Summer Academy in 2012 where they did sports ministry in Brazil and the midwest. He also volunteers with Loving the Least an inner city outreach ministry.
When asked why he plays for TIU, Josh stated, "I play for TIU because the relationships that I have built on the field have impacted my life off the field immensely. The guys alongside of me pushing me to be my best all the time is something that is irreplaceable. I have been pushed, pulled, and stretched with this team but it has helped me grow in every aspect of my life, especially spiritually. Being able to be on a team that all plays for the same reason is awesome. We all play for an audience of one and that is our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I play for TIU because I truly feel this is where God wants me. And I have learned through this team that He is what is most important."
High School: North Miami High School - Won first sectional title in program history and went on to win three consecutive titles: '07,'08,'09. Captain in ‘09. Most Valuable Midfielder in ‘09
