Rachel joined the Trojan women’s soccer staff during the 2020 after a four year career with TIU, playing from 2015-2018.

A native of nearby Wheaton, Illinois, Rachel earned second team all-conference honors in 2017, as well as NCCAA All-Region, NCCAA All-American honorable mention and CCAC academic honors. Playing on defense, Conrady scored three goals, and notched two assists during her career for eight points.
