DEERFIELD, Ill. -- As Trinity International honored seven seniors in their final home game, the Trojans held a halftime lead but could not hold off the comeback, as St. Francis earned a 2-1 win over TIU on Saturday afternoon at Schartner Field.

Francesco De Felice, and scoring his fourth goal of the season.
TIU outshot the Saints, 3-1 in the first half, as neither goalkeeper recorded a save until after the break. The USF attack got rolling in the second half however, taking seven shots compared to the Trojans' one.
Just 60 seconds into the second period, USF's Steven Campbell found the equalizer. The Saints then took a 2-1 lead in the 58th minute, on a Wilmer Moreno strike.
Zach Reget had a crack on target in the 75th minute, but the shot was stopped for the lone save by the St. Francis goalkeeper.

Sean Avila recorded four saves on the day. Hoeflich and Reget generated all of the offense for TIU, with each player taking two shots apiece.
Trinity International will finish out the regular season this Wednesday, November 5, when they travel to Holy Cross. Kickoff against the Saints is set for 3:00 p.m. CST.
