Basha Ramsey led Trinity International with 14 points on the night, on 7-for-14 shooting, but a fast-paced, sharpshooting North Central squad took control early, as the Trojans suffered a 119-53 loss on Monday night in the Van Dixhorn Arena.

The Trojans took an early 6-3 lead in the opening two minutes of the game, scoring six straight points on a pair of buckets from Ramsey, and a fast-break layup from Crews. The Cardinals took control, however, with a 11-2 run over two and a half minutes, to regain the lead.
By the end of the half, the Trojans trailed 71-27, thanks in part to 22 turnovers before the break and ten made three-pointers from the Cardinals.
Freshman
Mackenzie Crews matched her career high, adding ten points off the bench, going 5-for-6 from the field.
Nika Bracun nearly picked up the team's first double-double of the year, recording nine points and nine rebounds.
The Trojans hit the road this weekend for their next matchup, when they travel to Elgin and take on the Judson Eagles in CCAC action. Tipoff from the Linder Fitness Center is set for 1:00 p.m.
