PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. - Freshman guard
Jeremy Carlyle posted Trinity International's high score of the season, posting 26 points in the Trojans' 111-92 win over Olivet (Mich.), Friday night at the Trinity Christian College Troll Classic.

James Glass and
Zach Kirschbaum scored 16 and 13 points, respectively, while
Sean Smith posted 12 points in 15 minutes off the bench. Kirschbaum also led the way on the glass, with seven rebounds.
Trinity started the game on a 10-1 run, with
Grant Corsi leading the way by scoring the first four points of the night. A three-pointer from Carlyle at the 16:33 mark of the first half gave TIU a double-digit lead for the first time, which they would hold nearly the entire game.
"Our offense was fun to watch tonight," said Trojan head coach
Boomer Roberts. "The twins were special. They attacked, made the right reads, and were great on the defensive end."
Freshman
Luke Mead set a new season high for TIU with seven assists, while pitching in with seven points in the win.
Nate Quilling collected five points and six rebounds in 17 minutes off the bench. "I thought our bench was really good,
Sean and Nate in particular," said Roberts. "We're happy to be 4-1, but we have a quick turnaround tomorrow against a well-coached and scrappy Lincoln Christian squad."
The Trojans head back to Palos Heights tomorrow at noon, to take on Lincoln Christian in the final game of the Troll Classic.
