Quick Notes
• Trinity International begins a two-game road trip, with a pair of CCAC matchups in the state of Indiana. The Trojans take on Holy Cross on Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. Central.
• The Trojans then face Calumet St. Joseph on Saturday, wrapping up the trip with a 3:00 p.m. tipoff.
• Wednesday marks the first meeting between the Trojans and Saints after last season's matchup in the CCAC Tournament. Holy Cross knocked Trinity out of the postseason with a 78-65 win in the First Round.
• The Trojans currently unbeated on the road in CCAC play this year, but have only had one conference contest on the road; TIU defeated Judson 101-74 back on Nov. 23.
• As a team, the Trojans lead the nation in steals, with 143 through 12 games this year. Their average of 11.9 steals per game ranks 3rd in the NAIA.
• Six players are currently averaging double figures for the Trojans, led by Grant Corsi's 14.8 points per game. Sam Schroeder (14.0 ppg), Zach Kirschbaum (11.9), Jeremy Carlyle (11.2), James Glass (11.0), and Thomas Amrine (10.4) are also in double figures at this point in the season.
• The Trojans have the highest scoring offense in the CCAC, averaging 88.7 points per game. Holy Cross has played the stingiest defense in the league, allowing just 65.2 points per game, while Calumet St. Joseph are just behind the Saints with an average of 65.8 points per game, second-fewest in the CCAC.
• Defensively, TIU ranks 12th in the CCAC with 78.2 points allowed per game; Holy Cross has averaged 75.8 points per game on offense, while Calumet has scored 75.6 points per game. Both opponents rank 9th and 10th in the conference, respectively.
• Holy Cross have won three of their past four games, including wins in their last two home games, over Great Lakes Christian (Mich.) and Purdue-Calumet.
• Calumet St. Joseph have won seven of the last nine, most recently a three-point road victory at Cardinal Stritch last weekend.

Series History with HCC & CCSJ
• Trinity and Holy Cross have split the past eight meetings, stretching back to the 2010-11 season.
• The Trojans won last year's regular season meeting, 71-47 at home on Jan. 10, but the Saints knocked TIU out of the CCAC Tournament with a 78-65 win in Notre Dame on Feb. 23.
• TIU holds a 15-11 advantage in the series with Calumet St. Joseph, including wins in three of the last four seasons.

Last Time Out vs. Holy Cross
• A quick nine-point rally by the home team midway through the second half proved to be the difference, as Trinity International suffered a 78-65 loss to the host Holy Cross Saints in the first round of the 2015 CCAC Tournament.
• Senior Justin Peeples finished with a team-high 15 points, while junior David Chatman posted 12 points while going 5-for-5 from the field. Thomas Amrine was the third player in double figures, with 11 points.

Last Time Out vs. Calumet St. Joseph
• Junior James Glass recorded his first career double-double, while four of his teammates finished in double figures as Trinity International earned a home victory over the Calumet St. Joseph Crimson Wave, 77-64.
• The win gave TIU a 10-game win streak, the program's longest in nearly 20 years.

National Leaders
• Heading into Tuesday night, Trinity International leads all divisions of college basketball with 143 steals.
• Freshman guard Jeremy Carlyle leads the team, with 26 steals, and an average of 2.89 per game. Carlyle ranks 6th nationally in the NAIA.
Henry French and Thomas Amrine are also among the national leads, with 19 steals each, good for 38th in the NAIA.

Career Milestone
• Senior shooting guard Thomas Amrine has collected 825 career points during his TIU career, just 175 shy of joining the 1,000-point club.
• Amrine would become the 19th player in Trinity International history to reach 1,000 points.
• Last season, Trinity had two of the 18 previous 1,000-point scorers on the same team, in center Nate Ball, and guard Dillon Wadsack.
• Ball finished his TIU career 13th on the program's all-time scoring list, with 1,304 career points. Wadsack is 14th, with 1,170 points.

Trojans in the Polls
• Trinity International has appeared in the NAIA Division II Coaches Poll 21 times in program history, but not since the 1997-98 campaign.
• TIU's last ranking came on Jan. 6, 1998, when the Trojans came in at No. 20.
• The highest ranking in program history was during the 1995-96 season, when Trinity was at No. 3 in the Jan. 22, 1996 poll.
