HAMMOND, Ind. -- Trinity International was held off the scoreboard for the second matchup in a row, as the Trojans fell to the Purdue-Calumet Peregrines, 20-0 in game one, and 16-0 in game two, on Thursday afternoon at Dowling Park.

Jamie Stanton and
Emily Doomis each went a combined 2-for-4 on the day. In game one, Stanton had the team's lone extra-base hit, with a two-out double to right center in the top of the 4th. Doomis then singled in the next at-bat, but the Trojans were unable to drive in the run and stranded a pair of runners on base.
