Alyssa Doomis went 2-for-3 in the second of two games, while
Ashley O'Brien picked up a pair of RBI, but the Trojans ultimately suffered a pair of losses, 8-0 and 16-5, on the road at Calumet St. Joseph on Tuesday afternoon.

Justine Wigboldy ending the no-hit bid in the 3rd with her leadoff single to center.
In game two, Trinity scored at least one run in three of their five trips to the plate, but were unable to keep the Crimson Wave off the scoreboard, as the home team scored three or more runs in each inning.
Victoria Livingston picked up two runs for TIU, one of which included a steal of home on a double steal play in the 3rd. The junior then singled in the 5th inning to drive home
Valerie D'Ambrosio, and later came around to score on
Ashley O'Brien's single.
The Trojans return home on Thursday, when they host the St. Francis Saints in a CCAC doubleheader. First pitch from the TIU Softball Field on April 9th is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
