Tori Livingston's third home run of the season in the top of the 3rd briefly tied the game, but the Trolls (4-15, 1-6 CCAC) rallied to score five times in the bottom half of the frame.
Trinity started the comeback in their next trip to the plate, taking advantage of two Troll errors to load the bases.
Breanna Hansen then smacked a triple to center field, clearing the bases and cutting the TCC lead to 7-5. In the top of the 5th, two straight singles from

Justine Wigboldy, who made it a one-run game as Stanton scored.

Trinity Christian came back however, scoring twice in the 4th and once in the 5th to force extra innings.
