DEERFIELD, Ill. - Three Trojans finished in double figures, led by
Tashyra Burrough's 15 points, but the visiting Robert Morris Eagles used a third period rally to defeat Trinity International 78-70 on Wednesday night.

A three-pointer from
Arielle Miree pulled the Trojans (6-13, 2-10 CCAC) to within four at the 3:55 mark of the third quarter, but the Eagles (6-15, 4-7 CCAC) closed out the period on a 15-6 run, including three straight from beyond the arc, to pull away.
In a tight first quarter, both sides traded the lead seven times, as five different Trojans put points on the board, led by Sarina Falvo, who scored four of her 12 points on the night in the opening period. Robert Morris would close the first with six unanswered however, to take a 17-11 edge.Â
The Eagles would lead the rest of the way, going up by as much as 11 in the second quarter, but the Trojans trimmed the lead back down to six before the halftime break. Falvo led the Trojans with nine points at the half.
Freshman
Brookelyn Robertson would lead the way in the second half, scoring 10 of her 12 points after the break, on 4-of-9 shooting. Robertson also led the Trojans with eight rebounds on the night.
The Trojans now prepare for a tough test this weekend, when they host the No. 1 St. Francis Saints. Tipoff from Van Dixhorn Arena on Jan. 21 is set for 1:00 p.m.Â
