DEERFIELD, Ill. - It was another dominant performance from the TIU Women's Soccer team as the Trojans offense once again shined in a 9-0 win over Lincoln Christian University on Monday afternoon.

The Trojans got on the score sheet early and often in the first half, scoring 8 goals in the opening 45 minutes. Sophomore Jeanine Valera scored two goals in the first 5 minutes to all but seal the match for TIU.

Heather Ortiz, Jillian Kolster, Kylie Bowman, Cameron Hunter, and Hannah Fox all also found the back of the net after posting 30 shots in the opening frame.

Lauren Ortiz scored the lone goal in the second half to close out a 9-0 TIU victory.

The Trojans will take the rest of the week off and look for another win as they step back into conference play and take on St. Xavier University next Tuesday afternoon.
