DEERFIELD, Ill. - It was another solid performance from the TIU Women's Basketball team, picking up their first conference win of the season over Calumet St. Joseph on Wednesday evening.

Krystal Walker led the Trojans in scoring yet again, scoring 24 points while shooting 10-18 from the field. 

The Trojans got off to a hot start to open the game and never looked back. After leading 42-35 after the break the combination of Walker and Katie Martin helped push TIU to the victory. Martin's 14 assists and Walker's 24 points, led TIU in all offensive categories.

TIU will look to pick up their second CCAC win as they take on IUSB at 1 PM on Saturday inside the Van Dixhorn Arena.
