DEERFIELD, Ill. - Shooting just 33% from the field on the afternoon the TIU Women's Basketball team struggled to get things going against Robert Morris, suffering a 91-48 loss to the Eagles on Saturday afternoon.
Senior Forward
Jendayi Campbell played her best game of the season leading the Trojans in scoring, finishing the game with 16 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists.
After posting just 18 points in the opening half, and going 8-26 from the field, the Lady Trojans found themselves in a 39-18 hole.
Trying to get things going in the final frame the high powered offense of RMU continued and despite a better shooting half in the final two quarters the Trojans could not climb back into the game.Â
The Trojans will look to snap their two game losing streak next Wednesday when they travel to Chicago to take on #22 St.Xavier University.
