ANN ARBOR, Mich. - It was another tough outing for the TIU offense as the Trojans came up on the short end of a 51-7 loss to Concordia University (Ann Arbor) on Saturday afternoon.
The Cardinals opened the game with a touchdown on a 46 yard TD run from Joe Connor and CUAA never looked back.
After taking the early lead the Cardinal offense continued clicking on all cylinders, scoring 37 points in the first half.
The Trojan defense put forth a much better effort in the second half, holding the Cardinals to only 21 points through the final 30 minutes.

Jonathan Santos returned to the field for the Trojans this week, and was the Trojans top offensive performer. The Junior threw for 265 yards and a touchdown in the loss.
Defensively for TIU, Brad Mowbray and
Dechlyn Miller led the way for TIU, each posting double digit tackles in the loss.
TIU is back in action this coming Saturday when they return home to take on Taylor University at 1 PM.
