The Trojans opened the first quarter slowly, registering only 8 points in the opening frame. The slow start to the game put the Trojans in an early deficit they were unable to overcome.
Despite a strong comeback throughout the remainder of the game the Trojans cut down what was an 18 point deficit to just 3 points, but the Trojans came up just short of their second CCAC win of the season.
Bridgette Smith once again led the Trojans in scoring, tallying a team high 14 points while
