Men's Basketball bounces back with win over Judson

DEERFIELD, Ill. - After seeing their three game win streak come to an end the TIU Men's Basketball team bounced back with a much needed 82-75 win over Judson University on Wednesday evening.

It was a wire to wire win for the Trojans, with the Trojans never trailing throughout the games entirety. TIU would lead by as much as 17 late in the first half after a bucket from Jeremy Carlyle with 3:05 to go in the first half.

After leading 40-30 at the halftime break the Trojans kept their foot on the gas and were able to close out the victory, defeating the Eagles 82-75. Brandon Lawani was a catalyst once again for the Trojans, registering a team high 19 points in the win. Carlyle, Greg Carlyle, Nate Schmidt, and Ajibola Oke-Diran all finished the game in double figures for TIU.

Trojans will look to make it two in a row this weekend when they hit the road to take on Robert Morris University on Saturday afternoon.
