The Trinity International University volleyball team made quick work on the Robert Morris Eagles on Thursday night in Arlington Heights, winning the match in three sets, 25-22, 25-16, 25-10.
The Lady Trojans had a strong outing, posting a better attack percentage by .204 percentage. and dominating from the start, never allowing the Eagles get into a groove. Brianna Torres led the team in digs with 11 followed closely by Penina Sao with seven. Torres also led the TIU in their attack with 13 kills. Jacqueline Decker and Skyler Muramoto both tied for 11 assists in the game.Â
The Trojans are back in action this Saturday at home against Saint Ambrose University. First serve is set for 2:00 PM at Van Dixhorn Arena.
