Trinity falls to Judson

ELGIN, Ill. --- Yesterday afternoon the Trojans traveled to Judson University to finish their series that was rained out earlier in the season. Trinity struggled to connect at the plate against Judson's junior hurler who threw a complete game, dropping the game 0-4 to Judson
 
Game One: TIU 0, Judson 4
A rough start, TIU went three up and three down in the first inning while Judson managed to score one off of a wild pitch.

After four scoreless innings with just five hits between both teams, the Eagles nabbed one more run to increase their lead to 0-2.

Judson scored two more in the bottom of the eighth inning after leading off with a home run and connecting for two more hits. 

Christian MacKenzie got the start on the mound for the Trinity and went for five innings before Jacob Ferguson came in as relief to finish the game.

Up Next:
The Trojan's (13-25, 4-18) will travel to Iowa tomorrow morning for a doubleheader against CCAC opponent, Saint Ambrose. Opening pitch is scheduled for 1:00pm
