Peck grabs first career double-double in loss to Tigers

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. --- This afternoon the Trojans took a short trip south to visit conference rivals Olivet Nazarene University and fell to defeat at the final buzzer, 40-109. 

Sophomore point guard Da'Naria Washington once again led the way in scoring for the Trojans with 14 points alongside seven rebounds and two assists. Following close behind, fellow sophomore Audree Peck posted her first career double-double as she sank ten points and snatched 12 rebounds. Splitting the rebounds perfect 6-6 on each side of the court, Peck led the team in the category as well as claimed the second-highest total rebounds for the Trojans this season.

Trinity (2-14) takes a week off to regroup before battling another CCAC foe, the Eagles of Judson University, next Saturday afternoon at 1:00pm in Van Dixhorn Arena.
