GREENWOOD, Ind. — College Sports Communicators (CSC), formerly known as College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), has released their 2022-23 Academic All-District Team selections for baseball and softball. This designation recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Each institution is allowed to nominate five student-athletes who meet the requirement of a cumulative 3.5 GPA or higher as well as be a starter or significant reserve. Three Trojans were named to the 2022-23 edition of the honor.
Baseball received two All-District selections:
Softball received one All-District selection:
Prior to this academic year, only women's soccer and baseball had previously seen an athlete recognized on the Academic All-District Team.
