On July 1, 2020, the NAIA released guidelines and recommendations for it's return to play for the 2020 fall sports season following the COVID-19 outbreak in the spring. Included in the plan is a threshold for a a return to play, start dates for practices and competitions, the minimum and maximum number of competitions allowed under the new plan, health and safety recommendations, screening and testing information, notice to opponents, spectator information, and recommended practices and resources.
On August 25, the NAIA, in an effort to stay up to date with the rapidly changing circumstance surrounding COVID-19, released their COVID-19 Response Manual.
