Kuriger tabbed for CCAC postseason honors

CHICAGO, ILL. ---  The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference has announced their slate of softball awards for the 2022 season. Trinity International University softball senior Hailey Kuriger earned CCAC Second Team All-Conference.

Kuriger, from Plainfield, Illinois earned the first CCAC All-Conference nod of her career after a solid season in center field for the Trojans. The 5'7" outfielder started every game of the season, collecting 38 putouts with a .911 fielding percentage. Her performance this season earned her a spot in the Trojan record books for triples in a single season with two.

Kuriger also holds two single season records from her freshman year, base on balls and stolen bases. In both categories, she's ranked in the career top ten in Trojan history with 33 base on balls and 24 stolen bases.
