Dear Participating Teams, Coaches, and Athletic Trainers,
 
The Trinity International University Sports Medicine staff would like to welcome you to Trinity International University. We look forward to hosting your team for your upcoming competition in Deerfield, Illinois.
 
In preparation for the event, we ask that you respond as soon as possible to this letter. This is to ensure that we can provide the best coverage for your athletes. Please let us know if your team will be traveling with an athletic trainer or not.
 
The Trinity International University staff will be available to help teams that are not traveling with an athletic trainer. For these teams, please send a kit and any supplies needed. Please provide a list of athletes that need tape as well as which tape jobs each athlete needs. Make note of any other special needs that an athlete may require attention. 
 
There will be an athletic training room available for teams to use during this time. If your team is not traveling with an athletic trainer, modalities may not be available due to the number of athletes. However, ice and heat should be available.
 
An athletic trainer should be available on site for all matches. The site will also provide water, cups, ice and other medical supplies for matches. There are showers on site for Friday’s games, however, showers will not be available for the women on Saturday.(this may be subject to change with the COVID-19 Protocols)
