Box Score DEERFIELD, Ill. - On a cold and windy afternoon the TIU Women's Soccer team suffered a 1-0 defeat to Olivet Nazarene on Senior Day.

In a back and forth contest all afternoon, a Tiger goal late in the opening half was the difference. Hannah Ondrey floated a ball from outside of the box that got over the head of Trojan GK Rebecca Wells for the opening goal.

Both sides had their opportunities in the second half, but neither side was able to find the back of the net. A foul by ONU in the box late in the half gave Trinity International a chance at a penalty kick, but the ensuing attempt was sent high and over the bar, sealing the victory for ONU.

Wells finished the game making eight saves and stop eight of the nine Tiger shots on goal.

The Trojans will now wait and see who their opponent will be for the upcoming CCAC Tournament, with the quarter-final matches set to take place this coming Friday, November 3rd.
