Box Score DEERFIELD, Ill - Jillian Kolster brought the Trojans within a goal late in the second half but the comeback attempt fell short, as the Lady Trojans dropped their second match of the season losing 2-1 to Madonna University.

The Crusaders found the back of the net in the 15th minute, when Nicolette Vultaggio got in behind the Trojan defense and tapped in her first goal of the season giving Madonna the early lead. 

Possession was back and forth between the two teams throughout the second half, but the Trojans held the shot advantage adding 11 more shots, bringing their total to 14 on the game. After a fleury of chances to tie the game, the Crusaders capitalized on a counter attack when Alexis Bozinovski put away the eventual game winner, making it 2-0.

Kolster scored her third goal of the season in the 87th minute, but the Trojans could not muster anymore scoring chances in the final three minutes, seeing their comeback effort fall just short.

Trinity International will be back in action next Friday when they take on Harris-Stowe St (Mo.) at 4:30 pm. on Schartner Field.
