Box Score SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The TIU Women's Soccer team won it's second CCAC game on Tuesday afternoon defeating the Holy Cross College Saints 4-1 to improve their record to 7-3.

It was a slow start for the Lady Trojans in their opening match of the week. Neither side seemed to find their grove inside the opening 30 minutes of the match.

Finally in the 34th minute of play TIU leading scorer Jillian Kolster put away the games first goal, converting off of a cross from Senior Kylie Bowman. The match would go into halftime with the Trojans leading 1-0.

The Saints came out of the gate quickly in the second half, shocking the Trojans and scoring just 20 seconds into the second frame.

From that moment on it was all Trojans, as Trinity International fired 16 shots including 11 of them on goal in the second half. TIU broke the 1-1 tie as again it was Kolster who notched her team leading 10th goal and 4th game winning goal of the year.

Bowman added the brace in the 56th minute and Heather Ortiz sealed the victory with the fourth goal of the match in the 62nd minute.

The Trojans return home on Saturday for another conference match, as they take on #25 Cardinal Stritch University at 12 pm.
